Weeknight Crockpot Pulled Pork
I always get complements on my pulled pork. It’s a shame that it is so simple! Bring to a party, it’s sure to please.

 

Ingredients:

Pork shoulder (boneless) or other cut (2-8 lbs.)

Apple juice-usually one large container will work

BBQ sauce of choice (or make your own)-2 jars for ample supply

 

Place pork in slow cooker and completely cover with apple juice.  Slow cook for 4 to 8 hours.

Drain and use fork to tease apart.  Add sauce with spoon.  Serve!

Pair with a Cabernet Franc or Pinot Noir.  Of course, you can always have it with GF beer or cider!
